A Family-Led India Travel Atelier

Private journeys through India,
designed in New Delhi.

First-hand destination knowledge, carefully chosen stays and one family team supporting you from the first conversation to the journey home.

Our Story

A family business built around first-hand knowledge.

India changes quickly. Our knowledge must keep pace.Hotels · roads · seasons · emerging destinations · on-ground reality

Epic Indian Travel is a New Delhi-based, family-led India tour operator and India travel specialist, designing private journeys across the country. Our work begins with listening: how you like to travel, what you want to understand, how much time you have and what level of comfort feels right.

Founder Sulabh Jain travels widely and inspects journeys from the ground up—from hotels and resorts to new routes, road conditions and destinations that are only beginning to emerge. His engineering background brings method and detail to the way each itinerary is assembled.

Behind every journey is a close family team managing hotel relationships, guest preferences, cultural experiences and operations. The result is not a fixed package, but a considered route that can be refined around you.

The People Behind the Journeys

Meet the family team.

A private journey is only as dependable as the people behind it. These are the people who design, coordinate and support your time in India.

The team in the journey

The team should be felt in the journey.

Our team is not an abstract office. These photographs show how support appears in real life—through continuity, cultural guidance and hosted participation.

A shared cultural moment that shows the team inside the journey, not outside it.

Shared moments, not hand-offs

The same team remains connected before arrival and while guests are travelling, so the human relationship does not disappear after booking.

Textiles with context

Personal guidance helps guests understand craft, value and cultural meaning without shopping pressure.

Food as conversation

Participation and comfort matter more than a staged demonstration.

The photographs use natural proportions, restrained framing and light colour correction so faces and interactions remain visible.

How recommendations are verified

What we check before a place enters your itinerary.

01

Position and access

Real transfer time, approach roads, neighbourhood character and whether the location improves the day rather than merely looking central on a map.

02

Rooms and service

Room categories, noise, maintenance, food, staff response and the practical details that determine how the stay feels after a long day.

03

Current operating reality

Seasonal access, renovations, guide quality, park procedures and local changes are reconfirmed instead of relying only on old inspection notes.

How We Work

One conversation. One considered journey.

01

Listen

We begin with your pace, interests, dates, comfort preferences and the kind of memories you want to carry home.

02

Design

We shape the route, hotels, guides, transport and experiences around those priorities—not around a fixed package.

03

Refine

You review the journey with us. We adjust sequence, pace and detail until it feels entirely your own.

04

Support

The same New Delhi team remains available before arrival and throughout your time in India.

Our Working Principles

Quiet standards that shape every journey.

01

First-hand knowledge

Recommendations are grounded in what the team has inspected, travelled or verified—not only in brochures and online descriptions.

02

Personal by design

Routes, stays and experiences are selected for the individual traveller rather than assembled from a universal template.

03

Honest guidance

We will say when the season, road, hotel or pace is not right—and recommend the stronger alternative.

04

Care throughout

Guest preferences remain visible from planning through operations, with direct support while the journey is underway.

A Considered Network

Hotels, guides and specialists selected for the journey.

We work with a broad network across India and choose each property, guide, driver, naturalist and host according to the destination and the traveller. Relationships matter—but suitability matters more.
