When will I receive a response?+
New journey enquiries are normally answered personally within 24 hours. Messages received on Sundays or Indian public holidays may take a little longer.
How far ahead should I plan?+
For October to March, festive periods and limited-inventory wildlife lodges, earlier planning gives you more choice. We can also help with shorter-notice travel when availability allows.
How does pricing work?+
Pricing depends on dates, room categories, transport, guiding, park permits and the level of privacy required. We explain the cost structure clearly before you confirm.
Can an existing journey be customised?+
Yes. Every dossier is a considered starting point. Nights, hotels, pacing, experiences and extensions can be adjusted around your interests.
